Price
This price list shows the annual fee for existing PayslipMaker users. All amounts are in Kenya Shillings and are subject to change without notice.
PayslipMaker is no longer for sale to new users. The developer now sells a new payroll product: Nifty Payroll 2.0 (Visit the Nifty Payroll 2.0 website).
PayslipMaker software pricing has two parts:
- Purchase price — a one-time payment to acquire the software in your name (see table below).
- Annual fee — payable after twelve months of use, and every year after that while still in use, covering maintenance, updates, and support (see table below).

For every additional 100 employees: add Kshs. 5,000 to the purchase price (5,800 with 16% VAT), and add Kshs. 1,000 to the annual fee (1,160 with 16% VAT).
Multiple related organizations
Pricing is per organization data file. Each company or organization data file is priced as above, even when run on the same PC.
For multiple related organizations run on the same PC by the same person or people, a 50% discount applies to each additional organization data file. Otherwise, full price applies.
